At MMCG, we are committed to continuously enhancing the lifestyle of our residents, whilst ensuring that our teams are supported to enable them to deliver truly person-centred care.

Therefore, we have introduced this role to support and upskill home teams to deliver exceptional care to those living with us. This is a varied role, which will involve working directly with residents to meet both their physical and emotional needs; building relationships and finding those commonalities which can enhance the residents’ experience; working alongside your colleagues to role model best practice, providing information, advice, and guidance where required.
