Maria Mallaband Care Group is seeking a People Business Partner on a 3-month fixed-term basis.
The role provides strategic and operational HR support to leadership teams across a group of homes, embedding people plans, culture change, engagement and retention initiatives.
The successful candidate will have generalist HR experience, be CIPD qualified (or by experience), and adept at handling complex Employee Relations issues within a regulated environment.
