Registered General Nurse - Nursing Home experience desirable but not essential for the role. Days - working over 7 days on a rolling rota including alternate weekends. Nursing home experience essential. Strong leadership skills and excellent understanding of dementia and complex care.

  • Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
