As a result of continued growth and development within the Marketing Department, we are searching for a talented Content Marketing creator to join our head office team based in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone motivated about storytelling through long-form, educational and brand-led content, with a keen eye for detail to communicate with confidence across our diverse audience.

Working with several internal stakeholders, this role would play a key part in the continual development of the Marketing strategy across print and digital platforms within the Group. With almost 80 Care Homes and an impressive newbuild programme, we offer a challenging and rewarding environment for proactive and innovative individuals to flourish and develop.

Key Tasks
  • Own and evolve the brands tone of voice across all long-form content.
  • Develop a content calendar aligned to strategic campaigns, seasonal priorities, and internal initiatives.
  • Lead the production of educational guides, leadership articles, brochures, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with design and digital teams to deliver high-impact, multi-channel content.
  • Support the development of dementia specific materials and lifestyle storytelling.
  • Work with PR partner to pitch stories, secure coverage, and respond to media opportunities.
What are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in content marketing, editorial or communications roles.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in/ with the healthcare, care or regulated sectors (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with dementia care or healthcare communications (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of video production and visual storytelling (advantageous).
