Registered Nurse - Nursing Home experience desirable but not essential for this role. Excellent understanding of PCS system, medication management, strong leadership skills, and understanding of dementia and complex care.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Taking responsibility of shifts as Nurse in charge

  • Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with their mobility
  • Syringe driver experience
  • Catheterisation
