We are looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Treasury Assistant. In this role you will work as part of a team to to ensure all bank accounts, Caxton Cards, Lifestyle Cards are reconciled ensuring that and quires or discrepancies are resolved and investigated in a timely manner and making sure all usage is in line with company polices and procedures. About the role: Daily bank statement reconciliation within Coldharbour Financials. Liaising with internal stakeholders with any queries or discrepancies. Posting of Direct Debit payments, allocating to invoices. Posting any bank transfers within Coldharbour Financials. Reconciliation/Journals for Caxton Card accounts (Petty Cash). Reconciliation/Journals for of Caxton Card accounts (Lifestyle). Monitoring of spend on Caxton Cards, challenging anything out of policy, recording on schedule for this to be highlighted to senior management. Liaising with Care Homes with any queries or discrepancies. Assisting or undertaking any other Ad-Hoc request/project. About You: Experience working in a fast-paced environment, able to meet set deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using Microsoft Excel.
