MARI Group in London is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to attract and recruit top talent for our portfolio of events and experiences, including Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies and execute end-to-end processes.
You will manage large-scale campaigns, source candidates through multiple channels, screen, interview, and onboard, while maintaining candidate records in Workable and building a strong talent pipeline.
