We are seeking a creative Senior Digital Manager to lead the content and influencer strategy for the Arts & Entertainment portfolio. This is a commercial and creative role within MARI’s expanding Arts & Ents division. You’ll sit within the Marketing team, working closely with Consumer Marketing, Creative, Digital and Event Management, and your work will have direct impact on the growth and engagement of our properties’ digital channels. You’ll directly manage 2+ digital coordinators. As the lead of social strategy, you'll be responsible for developing innovative, trend-led campaigns across platforms, while overseeing content production and influencer partnerships that amplify event visibility and audience reach. You’ll work closely with the Paid Acquisition Director to manage event paid media campaigns, ensuring creative content generates strong consumer engagement and commercial performance. This is a position for someone who thrives on creative content, backed by data insights.

- Strong organizational, project management, and budget management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
