About the Role

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to join MARI's Arts & Entertainment team in London, with a focus on selling brand partnerships across our portfolio of leading live events.

This is a hands-on, 360° sales role spanning lead generation, proactive sales and the delivery of brand partnerships at events.

You'll be responsible for driving revenue, developing new business opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Our event spans some of the UK's most recognised live experiences, including Taste of London, Hampton Court Palace Festival, Blenheim Palace Festival, Electric Summer at Battersea Power Station, Big Feastival, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Glide at Battersea Power Station and Windsor Great Park Illuminated.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in London.

The role will also require attendance at events and occasional travel for client meetings, including some evening and weekend work where required.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual weekly, monthly and annual sales and revenue targets across the assigned event portfolio.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, networking and client engagement.
  • Develop strong, long-term client relationships that drive repeat business, rebooking and loyalty across MARI's portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and CRM data, providing clear visibility of performance and opportunities.
  • What You'll Own
  • Drive sales across a portfolio of MARI's Arts & Entertainment and live event properties, maximising revenue and identifying opportunities for growth with a focus on partnership sales at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and Glide at Battersea Power Station.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to pitching, negotiation, closing and rebooking.
  • Build, develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brands through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and other lead-generation channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing a dependable, personal and high-quality service throughout the customer journey.
  • Establish clear sales activity plans and maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing clients.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, networking opportunities and events to develop new business and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and forecasts, and provide regular reporting on sales activity, performance and results.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance and other internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and the successful delivery of client experiences.
  • Support the rebooking strategy across events to maximise retention, repeat business and long-term revenue.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the relevant market and competitive landscape, identifying emerging trends and new commercial opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas to the ongoing development of our partnership opportunities and event proposition, using market and client insight to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Represent MARI professionally at client meetings, networking events and live events.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally within events, entertainment, sport or another relevant commercial environment.
  • A strong track record of achieving or exceeding individual sales and revenue targets.
