About the Role

MARI is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across our portfolio of Arts & Entertainment events. The role focuses on driving audience growth, increasing engagement, and maximising ticket sales through integrated campaigns across channels such as social media, email, paid digital, and content marketing.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role ensures campaigns are aligned with wider marketing and commercial objectives. It involves managing end‑to‑end campaign delivery, optimising performance through data and insights, and continuously improving digital activity to enhance reach, conversion, and overall event success.

Salary is determined by market data, experience, location, and internal banding. Ranges will be discussed transparently during the interview process.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Reporting to the Senior Digital Manager, work together to utilise the full range of online tools to build growth, engagement, and conversions for A&E event portfolio, across social media, email, website and paid media channels.
  • Support the Senior Digital Managers and Event consumer marketing leads in delivering the digital marketing strategy mainly for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and Hampton Court Palace Festival as well as other events across the Arts & Entertainment portfolio as required.
  • Create weekly content calendars for owned social media channels across Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok.
  • Lead in creating strong digital content creation across organic and paid channels including short‑form trending video edits and graphics.
  • Employ copywriting and content creation skills to establish a clear and consistent tone of voice and meaningful narrative.
  • Regular copywriting for email campaigns and website blogs and updates.
  • Gather data and analyse digital results to feed into weekly campaign reports.
  • Monitor social media trends and keep on top of competitor activity and audience behaviour.
  • Research and identify potential new social, influencer or digital partnerships to help evolve marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Senior Digital Manager to oversee the paid media campaigns and strategies for the events.
  • Work with the Senior Digital Manager to explore and elevate engaging content opportunities in relation to videography and photography outputs.
  • Grow social media channels, in terms of audience numbers and engagement.
  • Increase sign‑ups to newsletter database by a minimum of 10% per event over the course of the campaign.
  • Regularity of publishing on social profiles, email and website.
  • In depth analysis of weekly digital reports.
  • YoY improvement of paid media strategy and results.
  • Any other duties that are within the scope of the role that may be required.
  • Some weekend work where you may be required to travel to events in line with the Arts & Entertainment portfolio.
  • Outside of event travel there will be a requirement to travel for meetings and to capture content as part of the role.

What You’ll Own

Mandatory

  • Proven experience in either a Social Media or Digital Marketing role.
  • Understanding and enthusiasm for digital marketing in practice.
  • Interest and passion for live events, culinary and music.
  • Up to speed with current social media trends, techniques and platforms is imperative.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok.

Desirable

  • Experience in HTML, CRM, Photoshop, Capcut will be advantageous.
