About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Designer, Creative Solutions to help shape how brands engage with MARI's world-class portfolio of sports, entertainment and cultural experiences.

This is a senior creative role at the heart of our commercial growth strategy, working across Sales, Partnerships and Marketing to develop compelling visual narratives that inspire clients and unlock commercial opportunities.

As part of the Creative Solutions team, you'll lead the development of high-impact presentations, sponsorship proposals, campaign concepts, sizzle reels and experiential creative that position MARI as the partner of choice for leading global brands.

You'll also mentor junior designers, champion creative excellence and continuously raise the quality of our creative output.

This is a full-time permanent role based in our London office.

  • Creative processes, templates and workflows continue to evolve, improving efficiency and consistency across the team.
  • Junior designers are effectively coached and supported, contributing to the continued growth of the wider creative team.
  • What You'll Own
  • Lead the creative development of sponsorship proposals, presentations, campaign concepts, sales collateral, sizzle reels and experiential materials.
  • Develop compelling integrated brand partnership concepts that drive commercial opportunities and inspire prospective clients.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity of MARI Events across all commercial and marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships and Marketing teams to interpret briefs and deliver outstanding creative solutions.
  • Support global RFPs, partnership renewals and go-to-market initiatives with innovative design and storytelling.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from concept through to final delivery.
  • Mentor and provide creative direction to the Junior Designer, supporting their development through coaching and feedback.
  • Improve creative workflows, templates and processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, technologies and best practice, sharing inspiration across the team.
  • Support wider Marketing and Creative initiatives, including internal campaigns, event activations and special projects where required.

What You Bring

  • Significant experience in a creative design or creative solutions role, ideally within an agency, rights-holder, sports, entertainment or events environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign development, presentation design, experiential creative, motion graphics and digital content.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects/Premiere Pro.
  • Strong working knowledge of Keynote and Microsoft Power Point.
  • Experience designing across multiple formats including print, digital, environmental graphics, motion and social media.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking with exceptional typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality creative work.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge briefs and influence creative direction.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast‑paced commercial environment.
  • A genuine passion for sport, entertainment, fashion and popular culture.
