About the Role
The global HR Operations team plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional and consistent employment experience at MARI.
As an HR Operations Coordinator, you’ll be part of a small but growing global HR team, reporting directly to the VP, HR Operations, and working closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Facilities.
MARI is a highly acquisitive company in an exciting phase of growth, and this role offers a unique opportunity to join a developing team and grow alongside the business.
Sitting at the heart of the HR function, this is a broad and varied role that provides hands-on ownership of core HR operations while offering meaningful exposure to HR business partnering and M&A integration work.
You’ll provide dedicated HR transactional support across the employee lifecycle for our diverse employee populations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a positive employee experience at every stage.
We’re looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage deadlines, and who thrives in a lean, fast-moving, build‑it‑as‑you‑go environment where processes are evolving and impact is tangible.
This is a full-time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area.
You'll be part of a hybrid team that values both connection and flexibility.
We'll cover the details of our hybrid schedule during the interview process.
