As a Guest Operations Host, you'll be part of the Operations team, playing a key role in keeping everything running smoothly and safely. Your role will focus on ticket validation and entry, efficient crowd movement, retail standards, and boarding procedures, all while ensuring safety and guest service are at the centre of everything you do.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll help deliver outstanding service while keeping safety and guest experience at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities

  • Entry, Ticketing & Flow: Manage guest entry, validate tickets, and support timely throughput. Prepare guests for the experience with clear and confident communication. Monitor queues and crowd flow to ensure smooth operations at all times.
  • Retail Standards & Sales: Operate tills, process transactions, and upsell products confidently. Keep the retail area clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times. Maintain visual standards and flag any issues to the Floor Manager.
  • Boarding & Accessibility: Assist with safe lift boarding, including support for mobility-impaired guests. Monitor stair access and guest movement between levels. Remain vigilant, following safety procedures and reacting calmly to incidents.
  • Daily Operations: Follow all opening, closing, and operational checklists. Report faults or technical issues promptly. Support the wider team, including helping with bar service if required.

A friendly, welcoming approach with a genuine desire to deliver great service. Confident communicator with a clear, professional manner. Strong situational awareness and commitment to guest safety. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. Reliable and flexible, with availability on weekends and during peak times.

Previous experience in attractions, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
