We are seeking a proactive Consumer Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns for Big Feastival and Glide at Battersea Power Station, plus ad hoc support with other events across the Arts & Entertainment portfolio including Taste of London, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Hampton Court Palace Festival and more. This is a varied marketing role at the heart of MARI's events business in Arts & Entertainment. You'll sit within the Marketing team, working closely across marketing, digital, event management and operations teams, and your work will have direct impact on the consumer revenue achieved.

You'll be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns for allocated events, building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses and partners, and managing event website updates with engaging content. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on collaboration, building relationships and driving results. If you're energised by live events and you have a proven track record of efficient execution of marketing plans, this role was built for you.

This is a full-time role, and qualified candidates must be based in Greater London. You'll be part of a hybrid team that values both connection and flexibility. We'll cover the details of our hybrid schedule during the interview process.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive event awareness, audience engagement, and ticket sales.
  • Secure and manage promotional partnerships and contra deals, with local focus, to maximise campaign reach and audience growth.
  • Maintain engaging, accurate digital content across websites, email campaigns, and social channels to support conversions.
  • Support successful event delivery through effective administration, sponsor fulfilment, ticketing coordination, and post-event reporting.

What You'll Own:

  • Lead and manage negotiation of tourism, community and local business relationships to increase event visibility.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to fulfil sponsor marketing commitments and maximise cross-promotion opportunities.
  • Own the creation and distribution of regular event newsletters and website updates, to maximise customer engagement.
  • Support Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing team in executing campaigns to capitalise on consumer revenue and ticket sales.
  • Provide efficient and structured planning and admin skills to support onsite marketing deliverables.

What You Bring:

  • Proven administration and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or similar design software (basic level).
  • Working knowledge of CMS systems and MS Office software.
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively across different departments.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic and committed.
  • Passion and understanding of live events.
  • Excellent written English and proofreading skills.
