Mari is seeking two dedicated and experienced Bar Supervisors to lead our bar team at Hampton Court Palace Festival in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, managing staff and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. You will also play a key part in training and motivating the team, maintaining inventory, and fostering a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere within the Theatre and Garden bars.
