About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded and experienced Account Manager to join MARI’s Arts & Entertainment team.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at 180 The Strand, London, reporting to the Senior Account Director.
You’ll sit within the Arts & Entertainment division, working closely with internal teams across marketing, PR, and operations, and your work will have direct impact on the successful delivery and growth of our sponsorship portfolio.
As the primary owner of high-value and complex brand partnerships, you’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of sponsorship delivery - from onboarding through to post-event reporting - across a flagship event portfolio including Taste of London, Big Feastival, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Glide at Battersea Power Station, Hampton Court Palace Festival and Blenheim Palace Festival.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships, leading activations with precision, and driving commercial results.

- Strong working relationships with all internal departments and external suppliers, enabling smooth and cost-effective delivery of sponsor activations and rights
What You'll Own
- Client & Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of sponsors, leading on all aspects of contract delivery from onboarding through to post-event reporting.
- Act as the primary contact for high-value sponsors, ensuring service excellence and strategic alignment.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships that drive client satisfaction, retention, and renewal.
- Strategic Planning & Activation
- Develop strategic activation plans aligned with sponsor objectives, brand values, and event environments.
- Lead sponsorship kick-off and planning meetings with clients and internal teams including marketing, PR, and operations.
- Identify upsell opportunities and deliver added value within existing partnerships.
- Event & Operations Oversight
- Oversee the design, build, and content creation of sponsored features in collaboration with Event Management and Operations teams.
- Ensure flawless execution of all pre-show and on-site deliverables, meeting contractual obligations and brand expectations.
- Represent sponsor interests across all event touchpoints, securing timely approvals and managing internal workflows.
- Commercial & Budget Management
- Own budget oversight for each sponsorship agreement, including cost tracking, reconciliation, and ROI evaluation.
- Support the Sales team in proactive renewal conversations and new business proposals.
- Team Management & Collaboration
- Manage the Account Management Coordinator, ensuring workloads are balanced and professional development is supported.
- Reporting into the Senior Account Director, who holds ultimate responsibility for the Account Management team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver rights effectively and efficiently.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within entertainment, music, live events or sports sponsorship (agency or rights holder side)
- Proven track record managing strategic, high value brand partnerships
- Strong understanding of the entertainment, sponsorship and events industry and future trends with a passion for working with brands.
- Commercially minded with the ability to align brand goals with event delivery.
- An understanding of financial, legal, marketing and operational business functions
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
- Proven organisational and administrative skills: capacity to multitask and prioritise.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to build long lasting working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
- A strong team player that is flexible and willing to get involved in all sorts of projects dependent on business need
- Ability to be agile, strategic and thoughtful when faced with challenges and change.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Happy to commit to occasional weekend and evening work where you may be required to travel to events in line with the Arts & Entertainment portfolio, including Taste of London, Big Feastival, and Winter Wonderland.
