About the role
MARI is building one of the most exciting portfolios in live events and experiences β and this role sits right at the centre of it. As Global Partnerships Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and delivery of strategic partnerships across MARIβs global portfolio. Working closely with the SVP, Global Partnerships and cross-functional teams, you will help drive commercial opportunities, coordinate client engagement activities, support proposal development, and ensure the smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and pitch development through to relationship management and event delivery. You'll collaborate with teams across sales, events, operations, and design while building relationships with some of the world's leading brands.
This is a full-time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. You'll be part of a hybrid team that values both connection and flexibility. We'll cover the details of our hybrid schedule during the interview process.

- Assisting with the preparation of proposals, presentations, sales collateral, and partnership documentation.
- Acting as a key liaison between Global Partnerships, Events, Sales Operations, and Design teams to support commercial opportunities.
- Conducting market, industry, and prospect research to identify opportunities and support business development efforts.
- Maintaining partnership pipelines, tracking actions, and ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities and client requests.
- Supporting client communications and helping manage ongoing partner relationships.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of partnership activations, hospitality programmes, and client events.
- Supporting invitation management, guest experience, and stakeholder engagement at events.
- Preparing reports, briefing documents, and commercial updates for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating travel and logistics related to client meetings, industry events, and partnership activities.
- Supporting special projects and strategic initiatives across the Global Partnerships team.
- Undertaking additional responsibilities aligned with the scope and purpose of the role.
- Previous experience in partnerships, sponsorship, sales support, account management, events, or a similar commercial environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in brand partnerships, sponsorship, and live events.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and external clients.
- Resilience and adaptability in an environment with changing priorities.
- Flexibility to attend client meetings, industry events, and activations outside standard working hours when required.
