Known for our warm hospitality, freshly prepared food, and loyal customer base, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help drive the next stage of our growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Develop and refresh seasonal menus, specials, and café offerings.
- Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Maintain our 5* food hygiene, health and safety, and compliance standards.
- Recruit, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Control food costs and minimise waste.
- Work closely with the owners to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for fresh, high-quality food and excellent customer experiences.
- Commercial awareness with good understanding of food cost management.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (minimum), Level 3 desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
