- Trader‑Facing Interaction: Work in a heavily trader‑facing capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions quickly.
- Front Office Support: Provide L2/L3 support for the platform and algorithmic tools to ensure seamless trading operation.
- Performance Tracking: Report and track performance indicators for front‑office traders, covering electronic and algorithmic trading, back‑testing, and data management systems.
