The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for any HR queries, escalating queries to the HR manager as required
  • Drafting and publishing engaging job adverts
  • Sifting through CVs to identify candidates
  • Coordinating interviews and providing candidate feedback
  • Onboarding of new starters
  • Carrying out all pre-employment screening including DBS, employment references and right to work checks
  • Managing leaver processes and employee changes
  • Providing training and answering queries from colleagues in the use of People HR
  • Management of internal employee training
  • Maintaining accurate records on the HR system
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance at all times
  • Supporting continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
  • Assisting colleagues with employee benefits and any queries
  • Assist with ad hoc HR tasks and projects as required

The package includes a competitive salary, bonus and benefits.

Reporting to the HR Manager.

The Ideal candidate will have

  • Previous experience in an HR administration role
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently studying towards
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using HR systems
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams
