Diligent and conscientious Dealing Administrator sought to work in a professional office environment at an investment management company, delivering high quality work against tight timescales. This is predominantly a data entry role which requires critical thinking. Initiative is required in checking for mistakes/issues and communicating effectively with other team members and management.

Duties will include:

  • Processing and authorising investor instructions to buy, sell and transfer shares in the Margetts funds.
  • Identifying potential issues through analysis of client/agent instructions and liaising with other departments where appropriate.
  • Maintenance of client and adviser details.
  • Placing and confirming investment trades and liaising with other departments where appropriate.
  • Allocation of work through categorisation of scanned mail items into workflow systems.
  • Flexibility in the role to cover other general office duties as required.

An entry level candidate will possess a high attention to detail, have a logical approach and work to tight daily deadlines in a fast paced office environment. A more experienced candidate would have relevant experience within financial services sector or with similar regulatory based roles, be able to identify and develop efficiencies.
