This role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, takes pride in their work and is confident communicating with others.
A key part of the role is coordinating client review meetings, ensuring appointments are booked and tracked to support our regulatory requirements. You will also assist with general administration, follow up outstanding client documentation and consult with providers.
Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential. More important are strong organisational skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

- Chasing signatures and information required by the Margetts team
- Contacting providers and third parties
- Printing, scanning, photocopying and document preparation.

- Maintaining Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order, managing schedules and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You will be:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable and willing to take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Confident speaking with clients and providers on the telephone.

Working Arrangements
We understand that excellent people require flexibility. While the responsibilities of the role require consistency and accountability, we are open to discussing working patterns that suit both the successful candidate and the business. This role may therefore suit someone seeking full time hours, reduced hours, school hours working, or a flexible schedule, provided the responsibilities of the position are fulfilled to a high standard.
Whilst the role is primarily focused on administration and office support, there will be opportunities to develop knowledge of financial services and wealth management over time.
We are ideally looking for someone seeking a long term opportunity who is interested in becoming an established and valued member of the team. Gaining an understanding of our clients, systems and processes takes time, and we would hope the successful candidate sees this as a role they can commit to and develop within.

- Opportunity to work within a professional wealth management business.
