Do you enjoy working in a buzzy Media environment supporting a team of respected talent agents representing leading TV and radio presenters? This is a fast-paced role and needs someone who is full of energy and initiative. Discretion is of paramount importance as you will be handling confidential information and interacting with high profile Talent, together with a broad variety of media and corporate organisations. Previous experience in a similar environment would be helpful but not essential. More important is professionalism, together with great organisational ability. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, ensuring all runs smoothly.

This key role involves:

  • Complex diary management for clients and agents
  • Being the primary contact for incoming enquiries
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Organising travel and hotel bookings
  • Liaison between agents, clients, broadcasters, production teams etc
