The role involves:

  • Being first point of contact for incoming calls and enquiries
  • Intensive, complex diary management
  • Administrative processes for bookings
  • Acting as a communication hub between clients, agents and broadcasters
  • Arranging meetings
  • Generally assisting the agents and partners
  • Any other ad hoc tasks

This successful candidate will have:

  • Substantial previous experience supporting a team ideally within a similar Media environment
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Oodles of initiative and self-motivation
  • A great communicator, comfortable with people at all levels

The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of broadcasters and production teams and enjoy an organisational role.
