Starting as a Management Assistant, you will be passionate about Television, hungry to learn and succeed, adaptable and willing to work hard. You will show loads of initiative and have a real desire to move upwards and onwards within the agency.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in the Media - ideally within a talent agency - and be an excellent communicator able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. You'll have a huge range of interests - from food, science, comedy, lifestyle and, of course, television.
The role includes:
Working with senior members of the team
Spotting new opportunities for current clients and suggesting new ones
Booking travel and accommodation for agents and clients
Day to day support of agents and clients
Organising meetings - internal and external
Updating job records
General administration and ad hoc tasks
