This is a fast-paced role and needs someone who is full of energy and initiative. Discretion is of paramount importance as you will be handling confidential information and interacting with high profile Talent, together with a broad variety of media and corporate organisations.
This key role involves:
- Complex diary management for clients and agents
- Being the primary contact for incoming enquiries
- Maintaining office systems
- Organising travel and hotel bookings
- Liaison between agents, clients, broadcasters, production teams etc
- Any other ad hoc tasks
The successful candidate will have:
