Senior Manager of this leading Comedy Talent Agency/TV Production Company is looking for a highly efficient management assistant to complete his team. He has two assistants who are responsible for running the office while he spends the majority of his time with high profile clients and you will learn from his current assistant. A true passion and knowledge of comedy is crucial, as is the confidence to work with a dynamic boss and challenging clients! This role is not for the faint hearted or for a clock watcher but is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best, giving you every chance to develop your career in this exciting media sector.
The role involves:
- Extensive diary management
- Acting as first point of contact for work requests and offers
- Liaising with Talent
- Invoicing
- Administration of contracts
- Correspondence
- Responding to ever changing schedules
