We have a vacancy for a motivated team player to join us as an Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will be part of a highly effective team managing the intellectual property portfolios of prominent local and international clients.
Requirements
- At least one year of working experience in an office
- GCE "O" levels
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and attentive to details

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and accounting support
- File opening and invoice management
- Filling in and submission of forms
