Margaret Howell is a contemporary British clothing designer who has worked successfully in men’s and women’s clothing for over five decades. Today, Margaret Howell clothes are sold worldwide with 12 own shops in Europe, over 70 outlets in Japan and an established online business.

Location: Fulham Road / Remote

Hours: Full-time - 35 hours, Monday - Friday (10 am to 6 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive online trading performance, ensuring consistent revenue growth through proactive KPI monitoring and optimisation.
  • Ensure the website reflects the brand at all times, with accurate product pricing, content, imagery and timely updates.
  • Lead the e‑commerce platform roadmap, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and assess new technologies and initiatives to enhance the online experience and operational efficiency.
  • Analyse site performance and customer behaviour to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage e‑commerce projects and site developments, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with internal teams and third‑party suppliers to deliver site enhancements and improvements.
  • Oversee site operations, governance and compliance, including fulfilment and returns performance.
  • Manage and support the E-commerce team to ensure day‑to‑day activity is well planned and executed.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in E‑commerce in Retail.
  • Proven experience working with Shopify.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics and performance tools.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving online revenue growth and site performance.
