My client is a well known niche engineering company whose products are sold worldwide. As a result of forthcoming retirement, they are looking for a supervisor to join them in their machine and fabrication shop. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced or an ambitious machinist to join their team.

Your role will be supervising a small team of machinists and fabricators. You will work with the operations manager to set and monitor production targets as well as liaising with other departments to ensure that quality standards are maintained. It is anticipated you will have good knowledge of CNC and manual machining techniques and be able to provide guidance to the team.

The company is also keen on developing individuals through training and development. In return, the company is offering an excellent base salary and an annual profit share (worth £5,000/£6,000 per annum) and a share save scheme along with a matching pension scheme up to 5%.
