My client is a well established pump reseller and maintenance company. As a result of a recent promotion they are looking for an experienced pump practitioner to join their team. The work is both workshop and field based at clients' sites. The role offers an opportunity for excellent professional development.

Duties will include the stripping, refurbishment, and commissioning of a range of pumps from reciprocating through to screw pumps. You will be covering central Scotland with occasional trips further afield for which you will be compensated with a generous away from home allowance.

It is expected that you will be a time served mechanical fitter, who has an excellent knowledge and experience of a variety of pumps. You should be able to work under minimal supervision.

The hours of work are 8am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-3.30pm on Friday. You are expected to be on call at weekends once every 6 weeks for which you will be paid.

The company is offering a fully expensed company vehicle along with an excellent base rate and generous overtime and allowances, with an excellent pension scheme where the employer doubles your contribution.
