My client is a highly successful manufacturer of a range of structures for the offshore and onshore energy sectors. As a result of new orders from major suppliers, they are looking for an experienced mechanically biased maintenance professional to join their team.
The role is a day shift role with hours of 7.30am to 4.30 Monday to Thursday and 7.30-12.30 on a Friday, with plenty of overtime available.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be providing PPM on a range of machinery from cranes to CNC machines. A good knowledge of hydraulics and compressors is required, and knowledge of CNC machinery is advantageous.
You should be able to take a proactive approach, being able to both spot and deal with problems before and as they arise, using your experience to address issues.
It is expected that you will be a time-served mechanical fitter with a good understanding of mechanical machinery and tools.
