We are looking for flexible, reliable and friendly individuals that enjoy working as part of a team to help support the management of the facilities. You will be self‑motivated, possess good communication skills, be proactive and will work as part of a team to maintain the highest standards of customer service.
The role includes lifeguarding the pools, helping customers to enjoy their visit and ensuring high standards of building presentation to maintain the smooth operation of the facilities. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is a pre‑requisite of being a lifeguard and is essential for this role. In addition, a Pool Plant Operator (PPO) is also essential for this role. Experience of running a multipurpose venue and managing large teams of staff would also be desirable for this role.
All positions are subject to a PVG check.
Location: Citywide (Swimming Pool Based)
Full Time 37 hours per week: Various to include mornings, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
