Marfa Stance, the innovative luxury outerwear brand known for its modular and buildable designs for all seasons, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead the team in a new store opening in Chelsea.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve budgets and KPI targets and analyse performance to take relevant actions for business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
  • Ensure the team is fully trained in customer service, product knowledge, and store targets.
  • Utilise retail and styling expertise to assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces and making them modular.
  • Share knowledge of luxury brands and sustainable fashion with our clientele.
  • Maintain the visual aesthetics of the shop to reflect the high standards of Marfa Stance.
  • Work collaboratively with the head office team to achieve sales goals and uphold the brand’s reputation.
  • Maintain and build customer relationships through email/phone communication after purchase and outreach to bring customers back to the store.

Requirements

  • Previous management experience in retail and styling, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Strong customer service skills and a natural flair for interacting and communicating with people.
  • Enthusiasm for fashion design and sustainable fashion practices.
  • Sales and result-driven with an excellent understanding of performance analysis.
  • Ability to work weekends and weekdays; availability to be discussed during the interview process.
  • Strong customer relations and CRM experience, ideally with knowledge and own client list from the Chelsea area.
