Role Summary

Marex Solutions is a division of Marex providing investment banking solutions with a fintech mindset. We aim to become the world's leading manufacturer of cross-asset, customized derivatives.

We are looking for a Graduate Quantitative Researcher to join the Quantitative team in London. This role focuses on the research, development, and enhancement of systematic investment strategies and quantitative indices across asset classes. The successful candidate will contribute to the full strategy lifecycle, from idea generation and data analysis through backtesting, risk assessment, and implementation support.

This is a strong opportunity for a numerically minded graduate to apply quantitative techniques, statistical modelling, and programming skills to real market problems. The role offers close exposure to quants, traders, structurers, and technologists, with the chance to help build scalable analytics and research tooling that support the design and delivery of QIS solutions for clients.
