Marex is seeking a Quality Engineering leader within its Technology organisation in London. You will own the risk-based Quality Engineering framework, drive automation-first testing and AI-augmented approaches, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a financial services context.
You will define standards, tooling and reusable patterns, oversee testing evidence, and partner with delivery squads to raise quality across technology delivery, reporting to the Global IT Service Manager.
