The Treasury team is responsible for all aspects of treasury risk management including funding, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity stress testing, and foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.
The Treasury Project Manager/BA will support tactical and strategic automation objectives utilising in-house and externally sourced technology, co-ordinate requirements, produce business requirement documents as well as build and deliver tactical solutions for analytical and operational capabilities.
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of treasury transformation projects, as identified on its strategic roadmap. This includes prioritising, co-ordinating resources in treasury and its finance and technology partners, liaise and maintain relationships with external technology vendors
Assist with front-to-back assessment of daily BAU tasks, identifying existing key risks and controls.
Co-ordinate across Treasury, Finance, Operations, Risk, Technology and Front Office teams to define, scope and implement technology, processes and control initiatives across
Build/streamline/code tactical tools for various analytical and reporting needs.
Assist Treasury Business Manager to formulate and execute against short, medium, and long-term strategic objectives.
Assist with the documentation of new procedures and ongoing updating of existing procedures.
Ensuring compliance with the company\’s authorisation.
Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.

Skills And Experience
Experience in banking operations, maintenance, onboarding/offboarding and SWIFT
Experienced in transformation projects/ programmes where you are implementing systems and improving processes through process re-engineering
Experienced in data analysis, data manipulation and reporting (preferably coding such as VBA, Python, SQL, Alteryx, Power BI)
Proactive and innovative with outstanding analytic skills and the capability to drive initiatives to resolution
Self-motivated, confident, and resilient able to perform under pressure
Excellent communication and co-ordination skills, ability to work with and communicate to senior management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired
Minimum 2 years\’ post-university work-experience in the finance sector
Experience with Power BI (or other BI tools like Tableau) and proficient with Microsoft Office
Qualified/Part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CFA/ACT/CAIA
Project Management/Change Management/Business Process Mapping Qualification
