Department Description
Marex Technology delivers efficiency, scalability and security for the business. The Marex Technology Department provides digital tools, software services and infrastructure globally to all business groups. The Design team’s focus is the strategy, design, and production of high quality and consistent creative output across the Marex group. This includes the brand, the group and division businesses websites, and all sales and marketing collateral. Our product design team manage the full design workflow, from UX (User Experience), working with stakeholders and end users, to UI (User Interface) design and Design System management.
Role Summary
As a new graduate, you provide support for visual design capabilities across the Marex group, worldwide. Helping to maintain consistency of design for Investor/Client/Staff related material including brochures, events, general sales and brand collateral. Graphic design abilities will be required for managing the rollout and ongoing creation of collateral for new corporate branding across the business. Working to templates for brochures, PowerPoint, Word, and other digital collateral using templates and guidance from the Marex brand guidelines.
Overall Responsibilities
- Production of business documents for sales teams, including brochures, events, and social media
- Working with, managing, and contributing to/expanding our brand design system and guidelines
- Sourcing and/or creating stock imagery and video footage

Skills and Experience
- Degree educated 2:1 or higher*
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or similar software
- Ability to use and create templates in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- An interest in motion design and video content production would be a big plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
- Academic or placement projects involving product or interface design – particularly tools, dashboards, data‑heavy applications, or platforms
- Any internship or work placement in a product company, fintech, or technology environment
- Personal or side projects that show initiative – especially anything built rather than just designed
- Familiarity with working inside or alongside a design system, even as a consumer
- Interested in designing with grids and brand design systems
- Visual design ability to make things look and feel well‑balanced and interesting
- Ability to communicate what makes a design work (or doesn’t)
