Role Summary
To provide front to back operational support to the Structured Product business and its customers.
Overall Responsibilities
- A key member of the operations team providing comprehensive support to OTC Derivatives and Structured Notes business of Marex Solutions front office and clients.
- Report and escalate issues timely to the Head of the team as well as relevant senior management of the Desk.
- Perform daily reconciliations of positions, cash and trade data between internal systems and external parties.
- Monitor and manage key events (e.g. coupons, maturities, early redemptions) throughout the life of OTC Derivatives and Structured Notes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and participate in automation and efficiency projects.
- Work closely with Front Office, Technology, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Legal and Compliance to resolve issues and deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Maintain detailed operating procedures for the team to ensure business continuity.

Skills and Experience
- Recent graduate (or final year student), with knowledge of Structured Products and Options.
- A 2:1 degree or equivalent, coupled with a strong academic track record.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Bloomberg and Python. SQL would be a plus.
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
- A collaborative team player, approachable, self-efficient and influences a positive work environment.
