Verzorgende IG/verpleegkundige oproepteam waakzorg thuis in regio Duin- en Bollenstreek
Bij Marente doen we er alles aan om onze cliënten de zorg te bieden die bij hen past. Het welbevinden van de cliënt staat centraal en samen zoek je naar mogelijkheden om aan de wensen te kunnen voldoen. Daar lever jij je bijdrage aan in ons oproepteam waakzorg thuis. Je bent een zelfstandige, allround verzorgende IG of verpleegkundige, die waakzorg biedt aan cliënten tijdens de stervenfase, bij tijdelijke verwardheid of ter overbrugging tot een opname in een verpleeghuis of een hospice gerealiseerd is. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit de wijkteams van de thuiszorg van Marente.
Als verzorgende IG/verpleegkundige van het oproepteam waakzorg thuis
- kun je in overleg ingeroosterd worden gedurende de nachten tussen 23:00 en 7.00 uur
- heb je een afgeronde opleiding verzorgende IG/verpleegkunde incl BIG registratie
- werk je zelfstandig
- heb je goede communicatieve eigenschappen
- ben je digitaal vaardig
- heb je een betrokken, flexibele en creatieve instelling
- ben je bereid om naar rato van je dienstverband feestdagen per jaar te werken
- heb je een 0-uren contract of ben je oproepbaar naast je contract bij Marente
- een vast contract
- een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg, voor de functie verzorgende IG FWG 40 (minimaal € 2.881,- en maximaal € 3.733,-) en voor de functie verpleegkundige FWG 45 (minimaal € 3.050,- en maximaal € 4.102,-) bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week afhankelijk van opleiding, kennis en werkervaring
- een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, vakantiegeld van 8% en deelname aan het pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn
- onbeperkte studiemogelijkheden via ons eigen opleidingsplatform MarenteLeren en een gratis Marente-lidmaatschap waarmee je korting krijgt op onder andere wellness en de sportschool
- de mogelijkheid om met voordeel een fiets, laptop of telefoon aan te schaffen als je een vast contract hebt

Steeds meer mensen willen en blijven zo lang mogelijk thuis wonen. Ook zijn er mensen die thuis tijdelijke zorg nodig hebben. De collega’s van Marente Thuiszorg helpen deze cliënten met wat ze nodig hebben. Van wondverzorging tot infuus instellen: elke zorgvraag is anders. En daardoor elke dag ook! In alle dorpen in de Duin- en Bollenstreek, Oegstgeest en Voorschoten zijn onze wijkteams te vinden. Voordat de collega’s op pad gaan naar hun eigen cliënten, starten ze ’s ochtends samen op. Waarna iedereen op de fiets springt – of in de auto stapt – en op weg gaat naar zijn of haar eigen cliënten.
