Ben jij een zelfstandige verzorgende IG en houd je van afwisseling? Dan hebben wij een mooie vacature in een van onze zelforganiserende wijkteams. In dat team heeft ieder een eigen rol en organiseren jullie samen het hele zorgproces voor de cliënt: van intake tot ontslag.
Als verzorgende IG zorg jij ervoor dat onze cliënten niets tekortkomen. Je helpt ze bijvoorbeeld met medicatie en persoonlijke verzorging. Ook houd je de gezondheid van de cliënten goed in de gaten.

Je bewaakt de gezondheid van de cliënten en signaleert veranderingen. Je werkt in een zelforganiserend wijkteam waarin ieder een eigen rol heeft en samen het zorgproces van intake tot ontslag regelt.
