Als verpleegkundige in onze flexpool verleen je verpleegkundige zorg aan cliënten in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving. Afwisseling, zelfstandigheid en de tijd om echt aandacht aan je cliënten te kunnen geven. Werken wanneer het jou uitkomt? Bij Marente kun je werken in het flexteam van de thuiszorg en zelf bekijken welke diensten je werkt. Zo kun je goed werk en privé combineren. Je krijgt een contract en kunt zelf bepalen hoeveel uur je per week wilt & kan werken. Tevens kun je werken in de regio naar jouw voorkeur. Je houdt zelf de regie over je uren en kunt jezelf inschrijven op de diensten die in de gehele regio openstaan. Het kan zijn dat je losse diensten draait in een team, maar ook tijdens ziekte, vakantie en zwangerschapsperiode van collega’s kun je langere tijd in een team werken.
Als verpleegkundige voer je verpleegkundige taken uit en werk je voor een gevarieerde cliëntengroep, zoals chronisch zieken, cliënten na een operatieve ingreep, oncologische en terminale cliënten.
Minimaal diploma verpleegkundige niveau 4 met BIG‑registratie

Voordat de collega’s op pad gaan naar hun eigen cliënten, starten ze ’s ochtends samen op, waarna iedereen met de fiets of auto naar zijn of haar cliënten reist.
