Bij Marente kan je werken in het flexteam van de thuiszorg, zodat je werk en privé goed kunt combineren. Je krijgt een vast contract en je bespreekt samen hoeveel uur je per week wilt en kunt werken. Je kunt ook werken in de regio naar jouw voorkeur en houdt zelf de regie over je uren; je kunt jezelf inschrijven op de diensten die in de gehele regio openstaan. Het kan zijn dat je losse diensten draait in een team, maar ook tijdens ziekte, vakantie en zwangerschapsperiode van collega’s kun je langere tijd in een team werken.
Als verzorgende IG bied je verzorging en begeleiding naar de behoefte en wensen van de cliënt. Je werkt methodisch en kwaliteitsgericht en voert verpleegtechnische taken uit. Je helpt onze cliënten om zo veel mogelijk zelf te doen en stimuleert hen om actief te blijven. Je werkt voor een gevarieerde cliëntengroep, zoals chronisch zieken, oncologische cliënten, cliënten na een operatieve ingreep en terminale cliënten.

In alle dorpen in de Duin- en Bollenstreek, Oegstgeest en Voorschoten zijn onze wijkteams te vinden. Voordat de collega’s op pad gaan naar hun eigen cliënten, starten ze ’s ochtends samen op. Daarna rijden ze op de fiets of met de auto naar hun cliënten.
