ReBOZ (Regionale Beschikbaarheid Onplanbare Zorg) is a collaboration of five VVT organisations in Zuid-Holland-Noord: Marente, ActiVite, DSV, Libertas and Wijdezorg and their care subcontractors. Together we provide acute, unplanned nursing care between 23:00 and 07:00 for clients who cannot wait until the next morning. You are also on standby for nursing homes and hospices. The ReBOZ team works closely with GP posts and the regional ambulance service (RAV) in our region.
The ReBOZ team is looking for a nurse with courage who can work individually and independently at night. You will work from three locations in the region and will be called upon to provide acute nursing assistance to clients at home after assessment by a triage nurse. This may involve alarm calls and/or (specialist) nursing care questions in very diverse home situations. You will also work in a team with other independently working colleagues. You will have dynamic, special and varied work, where no night is the same. You will have a unique nursing role, where you will help build the development and growth of the ReBOZ.
What are we looking for?
- You are a qualified nurse with BIG registration.
- You have several years of work experience as a nurse within healthcare.
- You possess a healthy dose of courage.
- You can work very independently and are solution-oriented.
- You have a positive and flexible attitude.
- Preferably, you have experience in acute care.
- A driving licence is required.
- You will be on the road at night in all weather conditions.
- You actively work at night (no sleep watch) and independently from a support point, driving alone to the client.
- You are willing to continue developing your nursing skills to meet the dynamics and versatility of the ReBOZ.
What we offer you!
You work for ReBOZ, and thus for many care organisations such as Marente, WIJdezorg, Libertas, DSV and ActiVite, the HAP, the RAV and the RAP (Regional Registration Point). You will be employed by ActiVite, where care is central, but also the freedom to be yourself within a larger whole. At ActiVite, we offer you not only a good salary but also holiday pay, a year-end bonus, and participation in the pension fund for Care and Welfare. This position is available on a call basis for an average of 2 to 3 nights per month. You will receive a salary (FWG 50) of at least β¬3,384.00 and a maximum of β¬4,659.42 gross per month (based on 36 hours). In short, excellent conditions that match your commitment! Initially, we will start with a temporary contract for ReBOZ, with the possibility of a permanent employment contract.
