Als verzorgende IG in de thuiszorg help je cliënten om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig en prettig thuis te blijven wonen. Je biedt persoonlijke verzorging, ondersteunt bij medicatie en houdt de gezondheid van cliënten goed in de gaten. Je werkt zelfstandig tijdens je route, maar maakt deel uit van een vast wijkteam. Samen zorgen jullie voor passende zorg en organiseren jullie het volledige zorgproces, van intake tot ontslag.

Jij Zorgt Voor
- Persoonlijke aandacht Je hebt oog voor de wensen en behoeften van iedere cliënt. Je luistert, denkt mee en zorgt ervoor dat cliënten zich veilig, gehoord en prettig voelen.
- Zelfstandigheid maar ook teamwork Je gaat zelfstandig op pad en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw cliënten. Tegelijkertijd werk je nauw samen met je collega's uit het team. Samen organiseren jullie de zorg en ondersteunen jullie elkaar waar nodig.
- Deskundige zorg Je ondersteunt cliënten bij de persoonlijke verzorging, helpt bij medicatie en signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheid. Zo lever je iedere dag zorg die aansluit bij de wensen en behoeften van de cliënt.
- Een diploma Je hebt de opleiding Verzorgende IG succesvol afgerond en bent bevoegd en bekwaam om als verzorgende IG aan de slag te gaan. Je vindt het prettig om zelfstandig te werken en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.

- een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg, FWG-schaal 40 afhankelijk van opleiding, kennis en werkervaring minimaal € 2.981,- en maximaal € 3.864,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week
- een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, vakantiegeld van 8% en deelname aan het pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn
- onbeperkte studiemogelijkheden via ons eigen opleidingsplatform MarenteLeren en een gratis Marente-lidmaatschap waarmee je korting krijgt op onder andere wellness en de sportschool

De collega’s van Marente Thuiszorg helpen deze cliënten met wat ze nodig hebben. Van wondverzorging tot infuus instellen: elke zorgvraag is anders. En daardoor elke dag ook! In alle dorpen in de Duin- en Bollenstreek, Oegstgeest en Voorschoten zijn onze wijkteams te vinden. Voordat de collega’s op pad gaan naar hun eigen cliënten, starten ze ’s ochtends samen op. Waarna iedereen op de fiets springt – of in de auto stapt – en op weg gaat naar zijn of haar eigen cliënten.
