John Bean Technologies Marel Corporation (JBTM) is seeking a talented and motivated R&D Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and optimisation of new processes, ensuring seamless integration from R&D to manufacturing. The R&D Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the scaling up of production while maintaining quality standards and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and implement research and development plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and process optimisation to ensure successful development and implementation of new processes.
- Provide technical support during the scale-up of new processes, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the development process.
- Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.
