The Team Leader North at Proseal plays a crucial role in developing the Service team and identifying new business opportunities to support installation growth. As a leader and expert engineer, you will support the engineering team alongside performing day-to-day service duties and have the option to assist with on-call rota as needed. We anticipate a balanced focus on leadership and engineering duties once the team is fully established.
Key Tasks and Accountabilities:- Share best practices and knowledge with regional engineers, including technical upskilling and mentoring as needed.
- Commissioning, installation, training, and ongoing support are essential components of this role.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements, ensuring client needs are anticipated and fulfilled.
- Comply with all statutory and Proseal-specific health and safety requirements.
- Undertake any other duties required by management to meet the needs of the business.
- Strong communication skills to support colleagues and customers.
- Use experience and positive attitude to guide and develop junior team members.
- Proven years of experience in Proseal and within the Field Service organisation.
- An ability to be and act as a role model.
- Be PC literate with ability to create, modify and maintain MS office documents (PDF Files, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understand and meet Health and Safety obligations in line with company requirements.
