Your Role

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a vital role in helping children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. Your days will be varied, rewarding, and full of meaningful moments. You’ll be:

  • Supporting children’s language, literacy, numeracy, and independence

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who genuinely loves working with young children and wants to make a difference.

Essential

  • A caring, positive, and proactive approach

  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
  • Understanding of child development
  • Some experience in an Early Years setting

Desirable

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (NVQ, Diploma, NNEB or equivalent)
  • At least two years’ experience (Unqualified applicants may be considered if willing to train and with relevant experience.)
