Marden Lodge Primary are seeking an HLTA to join them on a part time, permanent basis.

Working under the direction of the Headteacher, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning, ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality, inclusive education. This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering planned lessons, supporting children with a range of needs, and committed to fostering a safe, engaging and positive learning environment. What we are looking for:

  • Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification.
  • Have experience in supporting and delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning.
  • Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.
  • Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.
  • Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.
