Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a positive, engaged safety culture across all areas of FLBK.
  • Contribute to the development of site safety objectives and performance oversight to ensure statutory compliance and continuous improvement of the safety culture and management system.
  • Support the site safety risk management process.
  • Conduct analysis and trending (proactive and reactive) across the site and within individual domains/departments.
  • Develop and maintain the EHS training system.
  • Monitor environmental parameters and energy management to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and regulatory reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • NEBOSH General Certificate minimum or degree in Environmental Health and Safety or similar (Essential)
  • Minimum 5 years experience as EHS officer or similar role (Essential)
  • Experience with a computerised EHS system (Essential)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HSE and EA legislation (Essential)
